Album: Chicken Tikka Masala (9 images)

Tom and I bravely made our own chicken tikka masala... and it turned out great! We loosely followed this recipe.

A collection of spices. The poor yogurt didn't know what hit it. Delicious? Nope, raw chicken. The sauce beginning to simmer. After adding the chicken. It's that great orange color that lets you know it will be good. Tom and Matt dishing up the rice. Tom wanted to make sure we knew where the sauce was. Dishing up. Mmmm delicious!
