Album: January Snow (23 images)

I took these pictures while out and about on a snowy January day.

I woke up to a frozen, snowy morning. The lighting was a lot better later in the day. Apparently I wasn't the only one to decide not to go in to the office today. Thank goodness for the interweb, so I can work from home. Snowy roof and trees. Snow on branches. More snowy trees. Frozen slush is no fun to walk on. Even the skinny trees along the river have snow stuck to them. Snow as far as the eye can see. A pile of snowflakes on a branch. Apparently I'm not the only one walking around in the snow. This looked picturesque, so I took a picture. This big gaggle of crazy geese was heading North... The geese again. The Redmond City Hall across a snowy field. The snowy field. That's the Police Station on the right. City Hall again, across the parking lot from the library. The roads here were surprisingly clear. My apartment complex was practically glowing from all of the sunlight. From another angle. Five days later. The weather report was 'Morning snow changing to rain after 10:00'. This picture was taken at noon... A couple of brave people have left for work. Another view.
