Crossing the mountains on the way in to Denver. The Mid-West sure looks boring. On approach in Miami. I really wonder whether they add the land or the water to get terrain like this. Lakefront property is very popular, and seems easy to make. My home for two weeks. My test setup at a busy intersection of two highways. One of the nicer test locations, in a rural neighborhood. We got kicked out of this test location in a parkign garage. The security people at the building across the street called the police on me. Some homework I had to do durign the trip. My trusty rental car. Crossing the mountains on the way out of Denver. More mountains. We must be getting close to Seattle. Crossing the Cascades. I was really glad I was in a plane and not a car. More Cascades. Mount Rainier. I liked those clouds on the top. The ones on the left seem to have come loose. Maybe there's an invisible mountain underneath them. Mt. Rainier again. One last look. Highway 520 through the clouds. 520 again. That jog to the North at the West end has always seemed weird to me. Downtown Seattle from over Lake Washington. A broader view of 520 and downtown. Slightly different angle. Downtown and West Seattle. The University of Washington campus. Husky Stadium. 520 and downtown Bellevue. Some of the winding overpasses on 520, about to be sucked into the jet engine.
