On the way to play basketball at Cowen Park. It looks like Bryan is falling over, but he isn't. This used to be several distinct pieces of chicken, but after a year in the freezer they've fused together. Apparently the chicken has built-in seasoning. None of us were brave enough to eat it. Kelcey 'cleaning' the grill. Hoepfully the invisible car will stop exiting before it hits the gate. They're like a walking stoplight. The leftmost bus knocked down one of the overhead power lines. Apparently we didn't look concerned enough about it, prompting one of the maintenance guys to say, 'It'll kill you!' Adam was excited about something. Transformers, I think. The party bus was so exciting that it blurred the picture. We made it to Gasworks just in time. The traditional, 'Helicopter-flying-a-flag' picture. Explosions! That banner was really in the way. img_2913.jpg img_2917.jpg img_2919.jpg A sea of people exiting the park. Cyclists at Derby Days in Redmond on July 7th. There were lots of screaming kids in the afternoon. The kids were still screaming at night too. A crowd of people gathered to watch the fireworks. The 'Fireworks' option on my camera works surprisingly well. Stupid tree being in the way... img_2928.jpg img_2929.jpg img_2931.jpg img_2932.jpg img_2933.jpg img_2934.jpg img_2936.jpg img_2938.jpg img_2939.jpg I thought it was hot on Tuesday (7/10), but that was only the beginning... You have got to be kidding me. It's only the 11th of July! At Camp Berachah on 7/14. As you can see, we were the only ones there. Creepy. Uncle Jim, Mom, and (first cousin once-removed?) Sue. This place had good Mexican food. Plus it was the only restaurant open in Black Diamond. That's Barabara, Pat, Paps, Carolyn, Uncle Jim, Mom, and Sue. We ran into some deer (figuratively) when we got back to the camp. There were some horses nearby too. The gate won't protect you from flying, curved arrows. Tom and I found this cool and weird water sculpture on Capitol Hill on the way to the Block Party. Silversun pickups at the Capitol Hill Block Party Silversun Pickups - Little Lover's So Polite Silversun Pickups Silversun Pickups Silversun Pickups - Lazy Eye Silversun Pickups - Lazy Eye Silversun Pickups Me and Tom after the show. Who's that guy skulking on the left? Any guesses as to what this is? Pat's going-away dinner at Honeycourt. 'Thug Party' Thug Party Killers. Don't mess with Lewis. Is that a smirk? The thug version of Mary Had a Little Lamb. The Blue Angels were in town for SeaFair August 3 - 5. They flew over my house punctually at 1:30 every day.
